Our Young Adults ministry is for those in their 20’s or 30’s who are part of Emmanuel Church. We offer specific events for those in their 20s and 30’s to meet with others who are in a similar life stage and if you are in this age group we would love to connect with you and for Emmanuel to be a place you can call home.
Social events
Throughout the year, we have various opportunities as young adults to meet together together; Barbeque’s, Evening Socials, Fireworks Night, Sports, etc.
Small group
We have a specific small group for Young Adults for those who would prefer that but we welcome Young Adults to join any of our small groups. Currently we have Young Adults that are part of the YA small group as well as those who choose to join a mixed age group.
Whatsapp group
We have a Young Adults Whatsapp community and group to help people keep in touch and for ad hoc events which we would love you to join.
Whole church activites
We would encourage Young Adults to get connected with whole church family events and activities; Games Nights, Barn Dances, International Evenings, Church Barbeques, Lunch Swaps, etc.
Volunteering
For someone to feel at home at a church, we believe you need five friends and a role. There is so much to get involved with at Emmanuel and we would encourage you to get stuck in. These are the kind of volunteeering opportunities we have:

Pastoral care and Prayer Ministry
Maintenance and other occasional jobs
